I have supervised Evi during her last year as a member of the International graduation team. I have gotten to know her as a very pro-active person, with good people skills. I had the opportunity to accompany Evi during her practical assignment for Rabobank West-Brabant (Sep.-nov. 2017). Together with her group, she formulated a strategic marketing communication answer to the question of how Rabobank West-Brabant can best position itself as a potential employer towards different cultural groups. The work of Evi and her group was not only rated with a big 9/10; it was also chosen by the client as the best final result, noting that it was a total strategy, which they could actually adopt and implement one-to-one.

I have come to know Evi as a driven, good communication professional in training. She knows how to translate the knowledge she has gained into practical situations. She leads and steers the group, takes responsibility, but also points out to others their responsibilities. Her work enthusiasm is contagious. She not only gives the best of herself but also motivates others to bring out the best in themselves.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Evi is also a nice person to work with. She is friendly, accurate and believes in what she does.
