Communication Plan for Local Music Association

In January 2017 I worked on an internal communication plan for the local music association, Koninklijke Harmonie van Heer. They wanted to have a better internal communication structure and more member-participation.

I examined their internal communication and researched the needs of their members and the board. I conducted several interviews with regular members and board members, to align up their needs and worries. I also had all of the members fill in a survey.

Based on all of the research found I created a communication plan to help reach their goals.

This plan got implemented in 2018.

Besides that, I have helped on several occasions with the organizations of events, raising money and setting up advertisement campaigns for the organization. I have also been a member myself for 12.5 years. I played the drums in the drum corps which was a great experience that taught me a lot about working as a team and being creative.
